Lord Carmine was former advisor to Blackstone Private Equity Group, current advisor to Berkshire Hathway Homecare Services & Board Member of Saudi Crown Holdings.

He was also Managing Director at KPMG New York. He is a certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and Public Notary for the American Society of Notaries.

He holds a Master in Professional Accounting and Bachelor in Business Administration with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.

Maaz Ahmed Shariff

Maaz retired as Additional Secretary to Government of Karnataka after having served for 37 years across various departments such Ministry of Health, Education, Revenue, Housing, Haj & Wakf.

Maaz holds two Under Graduate Degrees in Science & Law Bangalore University and also holds a Masters Degree in Social Work.

Maaz has extensive experience in Public Administration having served with various Ministers and negotiating Government Orders with multinational companies such as Volvo while being Director at Karnataka State Transport Corporation.

Maaz has a special interest in Islamic History & is very active in Philanthropy towards educating the under privileged.

Alok Verma

Alok is a specialist in corporate finance advisory work including private equity, company acquisitions & disposals and due diligence assignments.

He also has experience in public company transactions on the AIM and plus markets, covering a wide range of sectors.

Since 1996 Alok was a Partner at Sedley Richard Laurence Coulters LLP (SRLV), from 2016 he now serves as Consultant at SRLV.

Alok is a Trustee of a Climate Change Foundation, The Indian Film Co Ltd & Advinia Healthcare Ltd.

Mohammed Al Mousa

Mohammed is a seasoned banker with having spent 24 years at Riyad Bank in Saudi Arabia.

Mohammed's experience at Riyad Bank is unparalleled given the numerous & successful transactions he closed for well known Saudi Corporates.

Mohammed specializes in syndicating working capital loans, letter of credits, loans against listed shares at Tadawul & acquisition financing.

Mohammed shares invaluable relationships with well known Saudi Arabian Business Families, he has been the spine for Golden Cascade Capital in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Abdul Hakim Sahab

Hakim served as a Civil Engineer for Saudi National Guard for 15 years, was instrumental in setting up in National Guard Hospital in Jeddah.

Hakim is based out of Jeddah and shares notable relationships with business families in Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

Hakim is a shareholder in Saudi Environmental Works Company (SEW), shares robust relationships with Business Owners in Jeddah.

Amrinder is the founder of Burj Traders & Burj Al Thahabi Investments based out of Dubai. He has a significant experience in commodity trading such as Oil & Gas and Iron Ore.

He has extensive relationships with banks in Singapore, Korea, Russia, Bulgaria & India by syndicating various banking instruments to well known corporates in India, Singapore, Vietnam and United Arab Emirates.

Benjamin has over 15 years of experience marketing communications, advertising, branding, and sales lead generation. Former Corporate Communications Manager for global managed service company Control Circle - whose clients include KPMG, World Check, Rightmove, Sega, Confetti, Saga, Nokia, HSBC, RRD, Betfair and Akamai.

Benjamin has a special skill in start up funding & venture funding for Italian companies & has nurtured very strong relationships with Investors and Business Owners across Italy, Sweden & Israel.

Deen as Group Director, has extensive experience in hospitality, property development, construction, marketing & business development for over 17 years.

Deen is also an investor in a car trading business in Dubai and is an avid soccer player.

Deen is an alumni of American University of Dubai.
